I shall always think of the San Benito County Free Library as The Library. It is, after all, the first library from which I ever borrowed books and was introduced to so many exciting worlds and possibilities.

i used to always go to the library. now only occasionally. i really liked checking out books even if i didn't stay and read. need to get back into that routine.
ReplyDeleteEd, I hope privatizing our public libraries doesn't ever happen. Just writing that sentence reinforces how that could only mean the end of them. sigh.
