First Wild Mustard of the Year


 

This morning I saw an orchard on Enterprise Road full of wild mustard. I was quite surprised since there hasn't been rain since November.

    1. The mustard seeds are used for making the mustard. I don't know if companies use wild or domesticated mustard plants. You can eat the leaves. Wild mustard tastes better. Yum!
